Delivery and Warranty - Millichamp and Hall Cricket Bats

All of our cricket bats are guaranteed against premature breakage in the course of reasonable use and care for a period of one cricket season from the time of purchase. Should you experience any problems at all please let us know so that we can suggest an appropriate course of action. We are always very helpful and arrive at a fair decision.

Prompt Service/Shipping

Our goal is to ensure all customers are completely satisfied. Orders placed online are usually delivered within 3-4 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for custom-made bats and our ‘ready to play’ service. Shipping in the U.K. is via a next day courier service, overseas orders via DHL 3-5 day service. Dispatch is confirmed via E-mail.

Parcel contents are insured against loss when sent in order to minimise the risk to the customer. We have so far had very few problems and if any occur we make sure you are covered.

Confirmation of your order is sent via E-mail. This will include an estimated delivery date. All orders are delivered by a next day courier service between the hours of 9am-5pm. Please be aware that the courier will need a signed receipt so you may wish goods to be sent to your place of work.

International Despatch & Delivery

International Shipping is by courier - normally DHL. Orders placed online are usually delivered within 4-5 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for custom-made bats and our ‘ready to play’ service.

Confirmation of your order is sent via E-mail. This will include an estimated delivery date.

Privacy policy

Millichamp and Hall keep all customer information strictly confidential. Under no circumstances will we divulge, share, or sell customer information.

Security policy

Millichamp and Hall make shopping safe through its secure server. The secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. This secure connection means that only we can see your credit card number. No one on the Internet can access your confidential information. Once received, all credit card details are kept on file and securely locked away.

Credit card payments

We charge all credit cards manually in GBP£ once the order is received. Any foreign exchange conversion is made at the daily rate of exchange given at Yahoo Finance. A copy of the invoice/receipt is posted either separately or with the goods.

Sometimes a Duties/Tax fee is payable in some countries upon importation but it is an area that we are unable to control. You, as the customer are liable for these charges if incurred. Generally this is not a problem as the goods do not attract a high value.

Customs/Tax

For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free. For shipments, generally valued over $500.00 you may be subject to import duties/taxes, which are levied upon importation to your country. Additional charges by customs must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure of these, you should contact your local customs office for further information. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents. Generally this is not a problem as the goods do not attract a high value.

Liability

Due to the nature of the sport, some reasonably foreseeable impacts may exceed the limitations of our products. Millichamp and Hall accepts no responsibility whatsoever, for any injuries sustained or damages caused to property by the use of our products whether they be damaged or otherwise.
