Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Backordered items are not charged until they are ready to be shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax,snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Shipping is charged to all orders. We endevour to use the most competitive couriers with the best most reliable service. Overseas shipping charges are very competitive.
Delivery Schedule Our goal is to ensure all customers are completely satisfied. Orders placed online are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for custom-made bats and our 'ready to play' service.
Confirmation of your order is sent via E-mail. This will include an estimated delivery date. All orders are delivered by a courier service Monday to Friday between the hours of 9-5. You may wish goods to be sent to your place of work as the courier will need a signed receipt.

International Shipping is by courier - normally DHL. Orders placed online are usually delivered within 4-5 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for custom-made bats and our 'ready to play' service.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.

Guarantee All or our cricket bats are guaranteed against premature breakage in the course of reasonable use and care for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Should you experience any problems at all please let us know so that we can suggest an appropriate course of action. We are always very helpful and arrive at a fair decision.
